Shrimp Scampi Bake

This is the best shrimp scampi recipe. I did add a splash of white wine and I added about 1/4 cup of sauted onion. I also added about 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce. Delish!!!!!

Southern Fried Cabbage

I loved this recipe. The only change I made was I used bacon bits because I didn't have any bacon on hand. I will definately be making this again!!!

Holiday Butter Cookies

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

We enjoyed this recipe very much. I added baby carrots and turnips and alittle rosemary on top. I also added a lemon to the cavity. Thanks for the recipe!!! Also, made a wonderful gravy with the drippings.

Healing Cabbage Soup

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

This was the best chicken parmesan I have ever made. The chicken came out so tender and moist. The only change I made was I cooked my chicken for about 30 minutes. Wonderful recipe!!!

Szechwan Shrimp

My husband and I loved this easy meal. I did double the sauce. For 1 Tablespoon of the ketchup I substituted 1 tablespoon of Thai Sweet chili sauce. I did not have any green onions so I just used a white onion. I served this over brown rice. Thanks for a easy and delicious meal!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These are the best stuffed mushrooms that I ever tasted. I make them all the time for my family. I do make a few changes. I add about 4 slices of bacon and I add bread crumbs and a small pat of butter to the top. After they are finished baking I broil them for about a minute to get a nice color on top. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I have been making sugar cookies for years every single holiday season. This year, with the addition of the internet to our home, I have been trying new recipes from this site, I love the reviews. These were so good I had to review them. Perfect! I made them like the pastry chef said to. Instead of the two cups of white sugar, use 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup white sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla, everything else stays the same. Chill the dough! Best sugar cookies ever...my new fave!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

So awesome and very quick. I used thyme instead of sage...don't have sage:( and it was still awesome! My 3yr old had two pieces of chicken, pretty good for a picky eater.

Flip Flop Grilled Chicken

It was good! I was breaking in a new electric grill and put the chicken on to soon. So it took twice as long as I expected to cook. As for the chicken it was exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll add a little more salt next time.
