About me:
I'm married and have two teenagers. I work at my cousin Steve's coffee shop (Mocha Moment), which is good because I love my lattes every day. I love to cook for my family. They will eat anything except my kids don't like leftovers. I walk everyday and my husband and kids are runners. I suppose we exercise so we can eat. Food is very important to my family. Cooking is one way I show my love to my family and friends.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed on Jul. 2, 2009 by Diane Marie
Very tender and juicy roast. Next time I will probably leave roast in oven about 5 more minutes. My roast was 2.25 lbs and I cooked for 16 minutes. I served with roasted potatoes and with the drippings I made au jus gravy using 2 cups water and 2 tsp better then bouillon. Made french dip sandwiches with the roast beef. Had my husband slice the meat super thin using our meat slicer.

Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna

Reviewed on Jun. 24, 2009 by Diane Marie
This recipe was delish!!! The only changes I made was I added alittle more sauce and instead of cheddar cheese I used a mixture of mozzarella and provolone. I also sauted an onion with the ground beef and added some fresh garlic
