Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

My husband usually goes for the dark meat, but he LOVED this and I didn't do a thing but change the portions!Very yummy!!  And SO easy!!

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish

This is SUPER yum!!! We added finely chopped cooked chicken left over from last night (about a cup) and that gave it a rich chewy texture layer.
