Spicy Bean Salsa

I really enjoyed this recipe. I took the advice of a couple different people and used fresh tomatoes. I served this as a salad, instead of a dip.

Eclair Cake

Wow! Wow! Wow! How easy was this recipe?!? It seriously took me about 5 minutes to make. My family loves everything I make, and they all said this is one of the top things they have tasted. Next time I think I might add a thin layer of strawberry or raspberry preserve to the top of the middle layer of graham crackers.
