Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

I followed this recipe almost exactly as written, I didn't blanch the green pepppers and I didn't baste the kabobs while grilling, I let the kabobs marinate for about 24 hours I and they were terrific, served with burnt butter rice yummy yummy yummy

Marinated Spicy Pork Chops

I didn't have fresh lemon juice so I used bottled lemon juice and I had boneless chops, so it was little different than the picture, I let them marinate for about 7 hours and then my husband grilled them we really enjoyed the sweet and spicy taste...thanks

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

I used all the ingredients, except the cornstarch, as a marinade, I let the chops marinate for about 6 hours than my husband grilled them on the grill they were terrific

Spicy Sweet Potatoes

made this recipe as is and it was wonderful...we loved the sweet and spicy combination...I too lined my baking dish with non-stick foil for easy clean up...served with marinated spicy pork chops from this site was a quick and easy meal with very few leftovers

Beef Fajitas

I used sirlion steak sliced thin, that is what we had, anyway I just used all the marinade on the meat let it marinade for about 6 hours, put the steaks on the grill after they were finished grilling I used my kitchen scissors to slice up the beef, after I grilled the steak I put tortillas on the grill 3 at a time, shut the lid and let them warm for about 30 seconds served this with all the traditional fajita sides, the steak was so tender and my whole family loved this super easy dish, using the grill instead of a frying pan makes clean up super easy

these were very easy to make and tasted good too, my family ate them before I had time to make the glaze I imagine they would even better with the glaze I added a touch of green food coloring to give the cookies a "minty" color

Amish White Bread

this doesn't really need another review but here goes...I was making the bread and didn't have enough white flour so I added two cups of wheat flour...I needed about 7.5 cups of flour to make the dough workable...this could have been because I used wheat flour but who knows...I used my kitchen aid mixer to knead the dough and it turned out wonderfully...the end product was sweet, dense and really filling...my whole family enjoyed it and has already asked for it again.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

So I was in a hurry to get to a potluck dinner and cheated a little with this recipe...I mixed up two packages of Betty Croker cornbread mix than added the corn, chilies and cheeses baked it in a cast iron skillet for about an hour..when I took it out of the oven I topped it with a little more cheese...the end product was very good and all gone at the end of the night...I will make it again as written so I can find out how good it really is

Chili Mac Casserole

Creamy Orange Cake

this cake was so good and very easy to make...Target didn't have an orange cake mix so I used a white cake mix and added two tablespoons of orange flavoring (if I do it this way again I would use 3 tablespoons) otherwise I made just as described...next time I may top with chocolate shavings we love that orange and chocolate taste...but as is the whole family gave it a great review

Garlic Chicken

this really doesn't need another review but here goes...I thought this was super easy to make and my whole family loved it...it really does make your house smell like garlic! I used other reviewers advice and added some red pepper flakes and next time I think I will use ritz cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

I put these in to marinate in the morning and didn't end up grilling them untill the next day so they marinated almost 48 hours but that didn't seem to matter...the chops were very good don't quite agree with taste like steak but thought they were very good and very easy the only thing i did different was to add a little liquid smoke.

Meat Filled Manicotti

this dish is super easy to prepare in the morning refridgerate and cook later in the afternoon...I left out the oregano, used 1 whole egg and ricotta cheese, I also chopped up raw spinach and added to the cheese mixture (if you chop it small enough the kids just think it is from the garlic salt) anyway this makes a nice dish that is very similar to lasagna

Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies

I used tsp orange flavor instead of orange zest and didn't grease cookie sheets other wise made as is...my family was divided on the taste will make these again though because I really enjoy the taste of orange and chocolate
