I recently read about the health benefits of macadamia nuts so I thought I’d share one of my favorite recipes that combines them with grilled tuna. It's a great healthy summer recipe! 

Abundant spices make this better than any restaurant curry I've tasted.

Winter squash teams up with cannellini beans and chipotle chile peppers, chopped carrots, celery, onions, basil, parsley, and corn to make a zesty vegetable soup topped with tortilla chips, sour cream, and Mexican blend cheese. Adjust the heat level to taste by decreasing or leaving out the chipotle peppers. 

This luscious apple pie stands tall among its competitors. A mixture of potato starch, sugar, cinnamon, and freshly ground nutmeg seasons the apples and keeps their juices stabilized. 

This is a great Thanksgiving side dish for those of you who are tired of sweet potatoes with marshmallows. This dish also works well with toothpicks on an appetizer buffet. 

Soda crackers and cornflakes take the normal place of bread cubes in this stuffing recipe that works equally well for chicken and turkey.
