Candied Kielbasa

This was great!! I made it like others suggested with 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, 1/4 cup horseradish, 3/4 cup brown sugar, a little brown mustard and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.. I served it over rice! My family loved it! Thank you!

Chewy Sugar Cookies

OK. I gave this 4 stars because I tweaked it a bit. I didn't have enough butter so I only used 1/2 cup of butter (softened) and I added an extra egg and OMG these were amazing.. They tasted just like Ms. Fields sugar cookies but better!! So so good. I loved them! I will make again but I think I will stick with my altered version!!! Thank you!

Easy Apple Crisp

Well, I give this recipe 5 stars with one suggestion. I used a cup of oats and added 2 additional tbsp butter. I made this last night and it was fantastic. The kids loved it, the boyfriend loved it, and I loved it. No complaints here!

Honey-Peanut Butter Cookies

WOW! Fantastic flavor, great texture, these are my favorite cookies yet by far.. I did make a few changes, I used butter instead of shortening, wheat flour instead of all-purpose. Half white, half brown sugar. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla. You have to try these!!!!

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

I thought this cake was excellent. Mine came out more like a pound cake but so good. I used whipped cream cream cheese frosting on it (from this site) It was delicious! I would definitely recommend this recipe!

Hearty Meatball Soup I

The flavor wasn't horrible but it wasn't up my alley either. I can't exactly put my finger on it but something was off. Another person mentioned the "look" not being appealing and I agree. The meatballs themselves though were delicious! I loved the flavor they possessed. I used ground turkey and ground pork!! I will definitely make the meatballs again!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This came out perfect for piping and the flavor was sensational!!! This is a must try! I did take advice from others and used chilled bowl/beaters for the whipped cream and a warm bowl for the cream cheese mixture! This was Awesome!!!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup has become a staple in my house. The original recipe came out a bit thick, in my opinion, so I halved the flour and butter called for in the recipe, then add a little cornstarch in cold water to thicken it up a tiny bit more. This also reduces the calories just a little. Reliable old standby!

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

Great Recipe! I did take advice from others and half way through cooking the veggies and beans I added a few chicken bullion cubes. I also added dried red pepper, celery salt, and a dash of Jamaican seasoning for a added sensational flavor. I didn't used the sausage recommended, I just used smoked kielbasa! My husband loved it!! Thank you for a great recipe!

Easy Sugar Cookies

These were fantastic!!! However I couldn't give it a full 5 stars because I tweeked it a bit. I added a pinch of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg to give more flavor. They turned out similar to a snicker doodle cookie!!! Fabulous!!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

My, oh, MY -- this is the most amazingly juicy and tender chicken I have ever had! I seriously cannot remember eating a breast from a roast chicken that was this succulent (and decadent!). I'm floored! I will never buy another store-bought rotisserie chicken again...EVER!
