Making things fast and easy, I had to change a couple of things.
I like my chicken little, so I had to cut the chicken into cube/ bite size pieces. On the skillet (with butter and garlic), sauté for 15 minutes (or until no longer pink), season with seasoning salt & pepper. Once cooked add in olive oil, Italian seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, half-and-half, lemon juice, ½ of the mozz cheese and ½ the parmesan cheese. (Adding everything one at a time) a minute before taking off the stove add in the mushrooms, I had to double them because they’re so good. In the glass pan spread 1 can of spinach (1 is enough) sprinkle with bacon bits and pour in the chicken mixture. Top with remaining mozz cheese and parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes on 350. This was so good!
