Wonderful Meatloaf

This is a great meatloaf recipe. I made a few changes though, I used 2 pounds of ground beef and added 1 egg, 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. of salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. It is a nice change of regular meatloaf. My two 4 year olds loved it! There wasn't any leftovers!

Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

I have never had a stuffed tomato till now. It was so good! The tomato just melts in your mouth. My kids all loved this recipe. Oh, and I did add cheese.

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

This was a very loose dressing. I think it needs less vinegar. The taste was good but it was too thin to be called dressing...maybe drizzle? cause otherwise it is gonna be all over the place.

Zucchini Pie

Not Your Every Day Smoked Pork Spare Ribs

Very good rub, omitted the cayenne. Rinsed ribs in apple cider vinegar then boiled them for 45 mins. in water and 1c apple cider. Rubbed them wrapped them in foil sprayed with pam grilled at 250/275 for 45 mins removed foil and grilled for another 15 or so mins. Meat fell off the bone! Great flavor, thank you!

Pour-A-Pan Pizza

It's so easy! My children loved this pizza! It was fast and yummy. Fast being the main concept of the pour a pan pizza. We cooked 2 pizzas tonight and used hamburger & onion on 1 and the other we used ham and pineapple!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I

Overnight Tuna Casserole

This was a quick and easy casserole! I didn't have any green onions, so I just left those out and it tasted just fine. I am not a big fan of tuna, but I ate it up and even ate leftovers the next day!
