Sugar Cookie Frosting

I do love this frosting. Easy to work with and tastes great. I use almond extract instead of vanilla to flavor it. Doesn't tint the frosting,tastes wonderful, and smells good.

Kids Favorite Meatloaf

Excellent meatloaf! I normally dislike meatloaf, but this was very good. I did not have the wheat cereal squares, so I used Whole Wheat Ritz crackers instead. It worked out perfectly and smelled sooo good while it was cooking! I will definitely make this again!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

the best!!!! I did as others suggested and added 1 cup powdered sugar, it is such a great cookie, I suggest that you take the cookies off the sheet asap.

Easy Quiche

Just cooked this quiche up. It was very easy. I used fresh steamed broccoli and the "Biscuit Baking Mix" recipe on this site for the biscuit part of the quiche. (Which I prepared half whole wheat & half white flour.) I also used a casserole dish (9x13). That way I could fit everything in with no trouble.

This recipe was delicious and perfect for gift giving. It made a sturdy,just moist enough loaf. I was a little concerned when I poured the batter into the pans and it was so thick, however it baked up perfectly!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

I baked this one up twice so far for gift giving. It makes a very delicate moist cake-like bread. My daughter gave some to her 4th grade teacher, who stopped me to say it was so good. My daughter has requested it again, this time only for the family to eat. :)

Hearty Ham Casserole

We loved this recipe. We used red potatoes and left the skin on, and added green peppers to to liven the dish up. My children loved this dish. I did double it and gave one to my sister, whose very picky husband gobbled it up.
