Chicken Curry I

Two things!!! 1.you will need to cook this dish a long time and 2. use chicken stock to cook in. I used a whole cut up chicken and was nervous about the amount of water I needed to cover the pieces. I thought that the taste at that point was not very strong so I added chicken boullion cubes to the water. Later...much later about 2 hours I was pleased to see that it had boiled down enough to be called a sauce and not soup...I added a handful of raisens and a chopped carrot and pepper to the sauce. The end result was very good!

this was absolutely the best. I did add 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp of grnd nutmeg. I found the cookie to be so great, but do not over cook!!!!

Corn Casserole III

Delicious recipe! Only negative thing I have to say about it is that a 1-quart baking dish would not be big enough. I used a 2-quart, and the mix almost overflowed after cooking (therefore, 2 quart is the perfect size, but 1 quart would have been insufficient). Thank you for sharing!

Lemon Snowballs Cookie

LOVED this recipe. It was amazingly easy to make, and turned out tasting like I bought them from the store (and I mean that in a good way, haha). My boyfriend liked them as well--his comment was that they were "chewy," if anyone was wondering about the consistency. The only (slightly) negative thing I have to say is that they were not "crunchy" in any way, but then, if you want them to be crunchy, you can just add more cream of tartar...no big deal, guys... I liked them just the way they were anyway.

Best Beef and Broccoli

Cuban Pork Roast I

Very traditional Cuban pork. I reduce the sherry and add 1/4 c white vinegar. I also slice a large onion and add that to the marinade. Works well roasted in the oven or in a crock pot.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Very easy; very good! I use 1 can of vegetable broth and 1/4 c water in place of the water. I choose to brown the meat dredged in flour, salt pepper, and granulated garlic. Comes out perfect every time.

ok this was so good!! If I wasn't trying to watch my intake, I'd eat the whole pan today. I did try to buff up the veggies in this dish I added green peppers, onion and mushrooms. I don't think there is a wrong way to do this dish.
