I love anchovies so this was not my first rodeo, but this recipe was awful!!! I gave it two stars because oddly enough the picky 2 year old liked it and it was easy to make. As for everyone else we gave it a thumbs down.

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Bars

Reviewed: May 26, 2008
I like the taste and blend of the crust ingredients. However, the topping was too thin and would not set after baking. I would suggest baking the crust/chocolate chips, p/nut butter chips first then after cooling add a cream cheese topping, maybe Cool Whip and cream cheese/sugar blended together. Maybe shave some chocolate on top for ganish or sprinkle w/mini-chips.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 13, 2008
It was really good. I was very skeptical because brown sugar is not something I would associate with meatloaf. It's easy to make and defenitly something different that's yummy. I followed the reviews and added less milk, added worchestshire sauce and put glaze on top and bottom. I will make this again

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
I love this recipe. Thanks for posting it. I made this for the first time the other day, together with beef stroganoff (also my first time making it),with steamed brocolli. I had a lil trouble as I added (too much) milk that it was too runny. I added a half cup of mozarella cheese (the only cheese I had that time) and mixed it with the mashed potatoes and microwaved it, and it was still great. I gave this 5 stars because it was definitely my fault for adding the milk anyway, haha. My husband loved it too! We're both happy. Thanks again!

Easy Bacon, Onion and Cheese Stuffed Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2008
Full of Flavor!! I am learning to cook so mine looked a little less than perfect (mainly because I had to defrost the meat in the microwave (last minute dinner) and it didn't stick together (but that was entirely me, not the recipe) Anyway, I will be making it again Everyone enjoyed it..except my brother, he still refuses to even TASTE anything I cook.

Alice Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2008
I am still learning to cook and This was the first recipe I have ever made for dinner and it was EXCELLENT! It tasted almost exactly like the one at outback. My dad was so impressed, he didn't believe that I cooked it by myself. I made frozen fries to go with it, and I burned them. My father jokes "How do you make a main course as good as that, but burn frozen fries?" I used half as much worchetshire sauce because alot of people said it was too strong, but I will use the amount called for next time. I marinated it for 4 hours. It was soo tender! and I used twice as much cheese. we love cheese <3

Good Ol' Alabama Sweet Tea

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
I find this tea to sweet I used 1 cup sugar and it turned out just the right sweetness and I used a tea made for iced tea that does not cloud up a day after it was made. I make mine with a Mr. Coffee ice tea maker and put the sugar in the pitcher that the tea is making in then stir, add to another picture and add water.

Aunt Alma's Cauliflower Shrimp Ahoy

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2005
This was a hit on Thanksgiving. At first everyone thought it was a strange combo. But after tasting it they fell in love! Next time I will add Velveeta or maybe cheddar cheese.
