This sausage and cheese dip is hearty and a crowd pleaser. The 'boys' love the spice and the women love how easy it was to make.

Definitely not your everyday tuna salad! If you're like me and not a fan of the relish and boiled eggs typically found in tuna salad, then you'll want to try this variation with apples and golden raisins. Serve on crackers, toasted whole grain bread, or wrapped in lettuce leaves.

This is a deliciously light, fruity dessert that works well for summer picnics or even between cake layers. My Peruvian mother-in-law was kind enough to give me this recipe, and I thought you might like it, as well.

Josh's Four-Way Chili

This colorful recipe is a modified version of my mom's chili that I grew up on. It is called 4 way because of the four steps to making your plate: spaghetti first, then crushed crackers, next cheese, and finally the chili. I added the peppers, but the recipe is still great (and faster) without them. To heat things up, just add hot sausage and/or hot chili seasoning packs instead of mild. It is an off-beat recipe that I am sure you will love!
