Sausage & White Bean Soup

Reviewed on Jul. 30, 2008 by Tim
Great recipe! I eliminated the prosciutto ham and in its place, I added Cajun Andue sausage and regular smoked sausage. Also, I started with a full bag of dry navy beans and soaked them overnight the old fashioned way. The soup was great and the andue sausage gave it a wonderful little kick. Thanks.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Reviewed on Jul. 13, 2008 by casual caterer
You will never buy store bought again!!!! It is somewhat labor intensive, but well worth the effort. My co-workers start hounding me in October with their requests. I make it by the gallon during the holidays. Don't try multi-tasking while making this eggnog. The eggs can overcook in an instant (Trust me!)You will be starting over from scratch.

I made this recipe .except I used white chocolate chips to replace dark chocoalte and added candied cherries also. It was yummy and with the white chocolate you could see all the colors of the candied fruits
