Spanish-Style Chicken and Sausage

Very easy and tasty dish. Used canned chicken broth, canned Rotel tomatoes with peppers and added cooked rice at the end.

Fresh Blueberry Pie II

Everyone loved it!!! I used 3 pints of blueberries for a regular 9" pie, splitting 1 1/2 pints raw and adjusting the cooking ingredients for 1 1/2 cooked.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

This is the best bruschetta ever! The only change I made was to add more sun-dried tomatoes than the recipe called for 'cause I love them!
