This is the 'secret' Greek dressing recipe from the pizzeria that I work at. The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily. It can be used for picnics and travels very well, since it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant! 

This Indian dish combines fresh spinach and ricotta in a creamy curry. Use paneer if you can find it! It is absolutely wonderful with basmati rice or naan (Indian flat bread). The key is in the spices, which you can find at an Indian grocery. 

Garlic, ginger, lemon grass, chile peppers, coriander and cumin flavor this Thai-inspired coconut milk soup with chicken and bok choy. 

Peanut flavor is balanced by warm spices and the earthy sweetness of sweet potatoes. 

A simple and tasty salmon entree. Mayo and onions deliver a sweet and creamy flavor which is perfect with the crunch of the bread crumbs. I sometimes add nutmeg, totally optional. Tastes great with rice pilaf. 

This chicken is so good, it will surprise you. I hate mayo, but you don't even know it's there! 

A creamy, creamy Italian dressing is folded into cooked pasta, salami, black olives, celery and peas. That 's it. Chill overnight in the refrigerator and serve as a main course with crusty bread and a hearty red wine.

This is the most moist, fabulous tasting meatloaf--everyone loves it! The Hoisin sauce is available in the Oriental Food Section of the grocery store... it is like cross between soy and ketchup, and makes a wonderful glaze for this moist meatloaf. We love this dish. Very moist. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli. A wonderful dinner. Leftovers make great sandwiches. 

This is a creamy German-style potato salad with a tremendous flavor given from Asian ingredients! I made this up on a whim and everyone loved it. I add ham, but feel free to leave it out - it won't alter the flavor much, just the texture. 

A hearty chicken and vegetable dish sauced with cream of mushroom soup. Serve with rice for a complete meal. 

These enchiladas are made with a fresh green salsa, just like you would find in a Mexican restaurant or better yet, in a Mexican home. 

A light, elegant stir fry combines boneless, skinless chicken breast meat with snow peas, green onions, cremini mushrooms, and smooth chunks of fresh avocado. 

My mom used to make this easy recipe every Thanksgiving when I was little. We kids could never get enough! It was our very favorite Thanksgiving vegetable. If you have children, or have some coming to visit you as guests this Thanksgiving, I guarantee that they will eat (and enjoy) this veggie dish! Even though I rarely cook with canned condensed soups, I still make this yummy broccoli casserole during the holiday season. It's fabulous with a Christmas ham and potatoes au gratin too. (Note: Be sure to use sharp Cheddar cheese for a nice full flavor.) Mmmmmmm! 

This simple pot roast makes its own gravy in the slow cooker. 

These take time to prepare, but they're worth it! Yukon Gold potatoes are mashed with cottage cheese and butter, then wrapped in a circle of dough. The pierogi are boiled and then fried. Serve with sour cream, butter and fried onions, if desired. 

An overnight marinade makes these baked ribs so succulent. And look how easy it is to clean up! Just toss the foil and you're out of the kitchen. It doesn't get any easier than this.
