About me:
I grew up cooking with my Grandmother, like many people, but it was a little different for me as my Grandmother was one of the first female Chefs in the United States. She was a true artist. Many times we would start cooking and not know what it is we are making until Voila! Something fabulous emerged. She taught me the science and the beauty of cooking. Cooking is my stress relief. If I had a hard day you just may come home to a seven course meal. Sometimes I get carried away. It is only me and my husband, but I often cook enough for an Army!

These cookies are fantastic. We've made these every year with a different recipe for our holiday cookie day and this recipe turned out great. Even better than the old recipe I had. I am so glad I tried this. Everyone loved them!
