About me:
 I am almost 29 years old and sad to say that I don't really cook all that often. Partly because I am a VERY picky eater. And my mother and I lived in an apartment that had a small kitchen. She wouldn't really let me in to help because she said that I was in the way. I understood. I can remember us tring to get breakfast in the mornings when I was younger. I would be tring to get ready for school and she for work. Those were the good old days. Now that my mother has passed away and I now have a daughter of my own I want to have her helping me as much as she can. I want her to be able to cook more then I can right now.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

My husband and daughter loved this recipe. It was very moist, but I might try changing the topping next time. I didn't care for the topping in this recipe but the cake part came out great. It also took a bit longer than stated to cook, by about 15 minutes.

This is an excellent recipie. A new family favorite. I make it exactly at stated. I have mede it without the meat too. All three of my children love this. I make it all the time now!

Like a big pan of cookie! Great!! Only change I made was using almonds in place of walnuts. YUM YUM YUM!
