About me:
I'm 26 years old and have been married for 4& 1/2 years. I am hispanic. (puerto rican & Salvadorian). Allthough i am an expert at cooking spanish foods,I have learned to cook a little bit of everything, which is great because I cook and feed my husband a variety of foods that he absolutely loves. There is always something different at the dinner table. If there is something I enjoy,it's cooking!!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

OMG! So easy, SO YUMMY! I didn't put the nuts in the bottom of the pan, instead opting to sprinkle on after I applied the glaze. I thought it would be a nicer presentation. I will def. make this again! Thanks!

Basic Crepes

This recipe worked out great! The kids loved helping out, as it was easy to do as a family thing. We also mixed all the liquids and eggs first. From pancake experience, it works out the best in having a lump-free mix. Thanks for posting it!

Grandmas Chicken Chardon

Reviewed on Mar. 30, 2008 by Linda
I really enjoyed this recipe - simple to prepare and great taste. I used boneless chicken thighs, doubled the mushrooms and lemon butter sauce, added garlic and served with an orzo dish and salad. Husband kept commenting on how GOOD this was.
