Tea Cakes

WoW! I normally don't rate recipes but this one is AWESOME. Simple, delicious...reminicient of Madelines. You could put them in a cockle shell mold and its a beautiful treat for tea parties. Will do over again and again, thanks!

Asparagus Roll-Ups

I used cream cheese mixed with garlic powder and parsley because that's what I had. Also rolled them sideways and made the delicious mistake of dipping them in the butter! Wonderful!

Lemon Rosemary Salmon

This was so good, I have used the same recipe to bake (Mahi-Mahi) and Grouper. It's turns out great everytime!!!
