About me:
I'm spanish and 2 yrs ago I married an Egyptian which made me develop a very broad palate from exotic to homestyle foods. I love spicy foods and foods that make nice presentations. I hope to become a better cook and thanks to this site, I just might accomplish that.

Three Cheese Spaghetti Pie

Reviewed on May 7, 2008 by Alicia
One of my oldest recipes. Minus the pie crust-The spaghetti is crust enough and I also slice up meatballs instead of ground beef. Always delicious!!

Cranberry and Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed on May 7, 2008 by Valerie
This is my recipe. One step from my original recipe was not listed when published.I always lightly brown the pork chops ( about 2-3 minutes)on each side.I think this helps seal in the moistness. Also the ready in, time is showing 2hours and 15 min.It should be no more than 1 Hour and 15 Minutes.

All Day Apple Butter

Reviewed on Apr. 21, 2008 by Alicia
Absolutely delicious! I used less sugar and thought it would be too sweet and thin, but in the last hour,9 1/2 exactly, the apples started to turn into the butter and it was perfect!!! I love having such a great easy recipe. We like it a bit chunky so I chopped by hand and it was still pretty creamy.
