Red Enchilada Sauce

LOVED LOVED LOVED the sauce!!! It was perfect in every way! Loved the seasonings and adding the salsa and onions, gave it a different flavor. I will use on the regular!!!

Chicken Enchiladas I

GREAT recipe! Loved all the seasonings, gave it all an awesome variety of flavors!!! I had a lot of mixture so I used a bigger casserole dish and used corn tortillas for that one. Had more leftover so I tried the flour tortillas even though I don't like using flour tortillas with my enchiladas. I used homemade enchilada sauce it was great! I also put some enchilada sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish then set them in. Did a couple improvisions but turned out better than I thought. Served with homemade spanish rice and horchata for dessert. It was lovely!!!!!

LOVED IT! :) Let it sit for 3 hours exactly and it came out perfectly, I only used 1/2 of what the recipe asked to use for the cinnamon. Turned out sooooo lovely. I'm very impressed with the results. First time my man had it and he loved it! :)) Will be making again forever and ever!
