Chicken Milano

Incredibly easy and incredibly flavorful. I made the chicken, removed it, then made the sauce in the same pan. Saved dishes in the long run. Wonderful!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed on May 26, 2009 by Hockeyfreak
Took a cheap cut of meat and made it phenomenal. Didn't have garlic powder so I used minced garlic, marinaded for only about 5 hours, grilled it and it turned out great. I'll definitely use this one again.

Tomato Corn Chowder

Reviewed on Jan. 13, 2009 by Nicole
Like the others - I tweaked the recipe too! I only needed about 4 servings, so...sauteed the onion in olive oil since I used pre-cooked bacon - 1 can chicken broth, 1 can CREAMED corn, 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained), 1 can whole potatoes drained and diced - salt and pepper to taste - then added the bacon in the last few minutes of warming. Yummy, fast and inexpensive!
