Sandy's Chocolate Cake

Reviewed on jul. 6, 2009 by JFHVT
Sandy I have to say this is some cake! I was afraid it wouldn't turn out as well as it did-am at camp + have todeal with a HOT oven! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is quite labor intensive in my opinion! The cake and frosting are both DELICIOUS! Didn't spare any calories on this one...no wonder it's a winner! Thanks for the post.

Cajun Chicken

Reviewed on jun. 15, 2009 by JFHVT
I was a little concerned by the "lack of smell" after putting all of the ingredients into a lg. ziploc bag with the chicken...I pounded the chicken into large, thin pieces. I left them in the frig for about 6+ hours then grilled them. They were delicious~ the marinade is not overpowering at all just light and good!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed on jun. 3, 2009 by Hannah
Great! Served with garlic & herb rice pilaf and steamed fiddleheads - I made a lot of extra sauce for the fiddleheads and it came out great.
