Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2004
Very yummy. I took the suggestions of others on this site and used cream of celery soup, frozen veggies, cooked the dumplings for an hour (cut into 1/8) and thickened the gravy with corn starch at the end of cooking time. I will make this again!

Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2003
Great recipe! I changed it a little. I scaled it down to serve 4 and instead of 1/2 cup of mayo, I used the whole can of cream of mushroom soup and 2 heaping Tbsp of mayo, plus a cup of shredded cheddar cheese instead of 1/2 cup and I used petitte broccoli florets instead of the chopped broccoli (a whole 16 ounce package, thawed). I also used more crackers than called for (12 instead of 6)Yummy!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2003
YUMMY, YUMMY. I changed it a little. I used cream of chicken soup and 1/3 cup of mayo instead of milk. I also used 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. I also used leftover frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot combo instead of just broccoli. I used 1 1/2 cup of crushed Ritz crackers instead of breadcrumbs mixed with 1/2 cup of melted margarine.

The best I have tasted. Everyone at work waits anxiously until I make another batch. I've tried other recipes but this one has them beat by far. Thanks for sharing. For true spice lovers 1/2 teas. of Dave's Insanity hot sauce does the trick.
