Minted Pea Salad

This can also be made with yoghurt or creme fraiche with a bit of EVOO instead of the sour cream and mayo. I also add "smidge" of minced garlic, which for me, is one clove... S&P to taste.

Double-Crust Rhubarb Pie

Aged the Rhubarb 2 days 6 stalks makes four cups Made the pie and this was great just lke Granny used to make. I took pic everything went well and smooth
