Szechwan Shrimp

This dish is absolutely delicious. If you want your guests to think you spent all day in the kitchen then serve this recipe. It is super easy and has a beautiful presentation when served over rice. Add whatever vegetables you like. I chose brocolli and a yellow pepper. You can adjust the crushed red pepper to taste. We like spice and thought the amount listed was perfect.

Italian Wedding Cookies III

These turned out ok. They tasted good, but were very delicate and kept crumbling in your hand if you picked them up too hard. I made them for a party and kept finding spots around my house that I could tell people were too rough with their little cookies... I've used better recipes for this type of cookie.

Baked Ziti I

Made this for a party as the main dish - everyone loved it and commented on it. I used zesty sauce to give it a little more flavor. Easy to make, and it makes a lot. A definite keeper.
