Asian Orange Chicken

Serve it on vermacelli noodles or with brown rice. Add veggies (mushrooms, red bell pepper, carrot sticks, celery, and onions). Add sauce over chicken just before serving.

Yummie ....... used red peppers as suggested instead of green. Any cheese would be great.

I think you can call it whatever you want to call it.... it's your recipe! In many family we always called it Chinese Pie, not really sure where that came from?! Overall it was good, many of the other recipes don't include the corn, but i think it's definitely missing something without it! We also add diced green peppers and mushrooms to the meat mixture. Delicious!

This is an awesome recipe. In a tortilla, on a piece of french bread, with nacho chips or as a side dish, this recipe is versatile, healthy, and delicious. It makes a lot but you will use every bite. Stays fresh & crunchy all week long.

Wonderful recipe. My husband ate 3 bowls and took the leftovers to work the next day. I added just a little more salt and pepper. I took the tip of using balsamic vinegar and that really boosted the flavor. It was excellent with cornbread.

This is a great recipe! I too "tweaked" it a little, added more garlic, used balsamic vinegar and a little less chili powder. My husband, A huge meat eater LOVED it. I took the left over mix and used it with spaghetti the next night and that was AWSOME!

Keep an eye on the liquid in bottom of the pan that it doesn't completely evaporate. Caught mine in time just before it burned. Thankfully it made the best rich gravy ever. Great recipe.
