Pearl Baked Cream Onions

Reviewed on Nov. 4, 2009 by JANAT
I made it ahead of time. Instead of heavy cream I used evaporated milk & flour to make a rough. Then added onions and baked just before serving. Awesome !

Laurie's Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed on Oct. 1, 2009 by Kel&Erich
I think you can call it whatever you want to call it.... it's your recipe! In many family we always called it Chinese Pie, not really sure where that came from?! Overall it was good, many of the other recipes don't include the corn, but i think it's definitely missing something without it! We also add diced green peppers and mushrooms to the meat mixture. Delicious!
