Conchas (Mexican Sweet Bread)

Very sweet and very yummy! I sent these to a spanish/english class my husband helps out with and they were gone, gone, gone! :-) I made the dough in the bread machine and the topping by hand. Excellent!!!!! My kids asked me to make them again.....soon! Thanks for the recipe!

Sweet Potato Bread I

I usually make pumkin bread and hesitated trying this...but I had extra mashed sweet potatoes from another recipe so..... it turned out good....our kids gobbled it up as fast as pumpkin bread!

Banana Muffins II

Really good and really easy... took the advice and added cinnamon and 1/2 butter, 1/2 applesauce. I added a few chocolte chips to the tops prior to baking - very yummy!
