I can see how if you only make this recipe according to the instructions given, you wouldn't like it. Here's what I did and it came out great! Season chops with salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Saute chopped onion, celery and garlic - set aside. Brown the chops in same pan. Add sauteed veggies. Add the shroom soup (I used Amy's organic cream of mushroom soup in place of the freaky brand name MSG soups) and potatoes. Simmer covered as directed. YUM!
