About me:
Married and a mom of two...work full time and wish I had more time at home during the week to have a decent home cooked meal on the table at a normal hour! Kind of like it was when I was a kid...but time is such an issue these days that, what we call "heat'em and eat'em" meals are what we usually have more often than not. I figure there are plenty of others online who are in the same predicament, so I'm hoping to get lots of good ideas that will help with time, nutrition and tasty meals!

Cheesy Sour Cream and Salsa Dip

This is one great starter dip. I rate this high because as written it was a great dip. I also added my own touches after tasting by adding garlic and cilantro and a little salt. So great as written but as others have done, just added my own touches. MMMMMMM good!

Szechwan Shrimp

I'm only giving this 3 stars because I doctored it up at the very end with a little rice wine vinegar and hoisin sauce. I won't be making this again...even with doctoring it up.
