Beef Tips and Noodles

Great, used my pantry for everything when I didn't want to go shopping. This is a keeper for a quick meal with no fuss that everyone enjoys.

Awesome Roast Beef

Reviewed on Mar. 2, 2009 by FLORAB
I've been making this roast for years and it is wonderful. The house smells great and makes everyone ansy to eat! I also put the roast together and cook it in the oven for 3 hours, (an hour per pound) and it is ready for a wonderful Sunday lunch. This is a great pot roast.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed on Feb. 20, 2009 by FLORAB
This was a good recipe. Really needs tweaking to make it more flavorful, but the chicken was moist and tender. I used thighs, as that is what I had on hand. Can't say I would make it again as I like bread crumbs better than the potato flakes.
