Stuffed Shells III

I am so proud of myself!! this was my first time making something like this, and it came out so good, my kids ate it all up without having to argue with them!! I can't wait for my husband to get home and try it. i did as some suggested and used a plastic baggie to fill the shells, so easy, definitely will make again, thanks for the recipe!

Sausage Cups

I tried this the other night for snack and used the phyllo cups as one member suggested, and added chopped green peppers. tasted soo good! i liked the texture of the meat and crispy flakey phyllo.

Texas-Style Baked Beans

Made this today instead of the plain ole beans and it was delicious and a huge hit! After reading the reviews I used sweet italian sausage instead of the hamburger and it was great. I'm not usually a bean eater but, I really enjoyed these!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs V

I've made this for years..without the sour cream. The kids, especially, love them. Make small meatballs for buffets. I'm adding the red pepper flakes this time as suggested by someone else to see how it goes.
