Very easy and great combination of flavors. I have been asked to make this dip for 2 upcoming parties. Big Hit!

Awesome Egg Rolls

Reviewed on Feb. 6, 2008 by CFROIO2
I actually made the mix the night before and placed it in zip lock bag. I pulled it out of the fidge 20 minutes before rolling the egg rolls and placed it in a collander to drain out the liquid that had accumulated. They were a huge hit at our New Years eve party. I will never buy these from a restaurant again.

Gourmet Cream of Broccoli Soup

Reviewed on Feb. 6, 2008 by CFROIO2
This was very easy and had really good flavors. I added about 1/4-1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese to each bowl and I think it was exactly what was needed to finish off the soup.
