Kolachky

I guess this must be an Eastern European recipe! My mother made these cookies for Ukrainian Christmas, and everyone loved them. I lost the recipe, so thank you for sharing it. She called them "rohalyky" (horns)because she rolled the dough into a 12 inch circle, cut it like a pizza into 12 slices, put a teaspoon of jam at the widest end and rolled it towards the narrow end. She sprinkled the top with a mixture of sugar and nuts. They were delicious!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I made this recipe as written but made them as muffins and baked for about 25 mins. Delish. They didn't last through the weekend at my house. I am actually too afraid to make them again b/c they are dangerous and I ate way too many. I also added chopped walnuts. YUM. Thanks for the recipe.

Michelle's Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies

Delish. Made the recipe as written but in a smaller pan so they'd be thicker. Cooked them 43 minutes and they were perfect. Yummmmm.
