About me:
My grandfather and his brother were master chefs and cooking is in my blood, being from italian decent i love the foods of this region best. He was the inspiration for many of the dishes i cook today. I was a g.m. of a local restaurant for a few years. although a mostly self taught cook. I love bold flavors and exciting foods. I have left the restaurant and have been in the auto industry since. I still enjoy cooking and love to entertain guests over dinner. I'll share my best recipies here, because I love to cook and wish to inspire others.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Used a 4.5 lb chicken and let it go 5hrs on low. Was still a little dry, could probably have used 1/2 hr less. Flavor was good though, not overpowering, but not too bland. Will try again with a little tweaking.
