Roasted Green Beans with Almond Brittle

I LOVED the flavor combination of the beans and the salty sweet almonds, but I seemed to have too much area that was brittle but no nuts and that was too hard to eat with the beans. Want to figure out a way to get that same flavor and the crunch of the nuts without the hardness of the brittle

Delicious! Just what I was looking for. Even those who don't like pumpkin liked it! Did use 1/2 cup sugar in topping and cut in cold butter, not soft. may try a little less butter in bottom next time??

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Incredibly easy and surprisingly good. only had 3 cups of rhubarb so used 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 pkg jello. Made 2 8-oz jelly jars.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

I think my lime was too big---this was VERY TART. But, since I'd cut the butter down and added some chicken stock, I just added a bit more of both of them. I also double dipped the chicken in the eggs and breadcrumbs so it was nice and crispy. Will definately make again, but with a smaller lime.

One-For-All Marinated Beef

Used this on london broil. Only marinated 4 hours--next time will do more. But thought was very good! Will also try freezing along with meat in a ziplock as someone else suggested.

Delicious--husband said definite keeper! I used 1 pound of raw shrimp and when I added it I also added a 10oz box of frozen broccoli spears I'd cooked and cut the stems off of. Also added 1 med yellow pepper chopped, with the garlic.
