About me:
I'm a mom of a 17 year old daughter and I have two elderly parents that I care for so quick meals are important to me...I'm recently engaged and my boyfriend will basically eat whatever I put in front of him. Old school home cooked meals are key and our favorites. Always looking for something different to do with chicken, steak, pork...

Cantonese Style Pork and Shrimp Dumplings

INCREDIBLE! I can't say enough good things about them. They were a little bit of work but SO worth it. I made 50 to feed 6 people and they were gone before I knew it. Instant favorite - even with my non-seafood eating brothers! Thanks!

Vegetable Lo Mein

Reviewed on Sep. 5, 2006 by MissCait
Pretty good! I used the other reviews and left out the honey. My veggies got soggy but I think that's because it sat too long over heat while I made other things. But I'd make it again and use peas etc. Yum!
