 Since I am divorced and my children have left to make their own families, I have had to make a radical adjustment in how and when I cook. These days I tend to eat very light (fruits, vegetables, cheese, smoked salmon etc). When I have family or guests over, I roll out the big pans and cook to please them (and me).

Nutty Caramel Clusters

These were great next time I'll follow the reviewers advice and dip fully into chocolate. I thought they were really sticky to get off the wax paper and to get off the plate.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
