 I am a stay at home mom of two. I come from a long line of self taught fabulous cooks. Great tangy dressing for cole slaw. I used mayo instead of miracle whip and I thought the results were great.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

This recipe was so easy and the results were delicious! We cooked the corned beef in a mixture of half beer, half water and the meat came out really tender. We also added turnips and parsnips with the other veggies. We served the meal with Jack Daniel's horseradish mustard. This will be our new St Patty's Day tradition!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I've never had a better pot pie! This is truly amazing. I added 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning and 1/4 tsp garlic salt to the sauce. This is going to be made a lot in our house!
