About me:
I'm a full-time young professional, part-time grad student, and I volunteer in the few hours left in the week. This leaves me very little time to cook. I'm a picky eater. I'm cheap. Gotta pay off those student loans! In case you were wondering, I don't like salt, pepper (I always disregard the "salt and pepper to taste"), seafood, or dill (I think the dill may be tied to deep-rooted issues).

About me: I love to cook for my boyfriend! Even though I'm really a novice in the kitchen, he always eats what I make. It's very sweet of him.

I microwaved the potatoes took 7 minutes, rinsed them with cold water, then mashed. it took max 25 to assemble and cook. I'd use this again and maybe look at the other reviews for suggestions.

No matter how many spices I added I could still taste the tomato soup, next time maybe I'll try canned or fresh tomatoes.

Crispy Vegetable Pakoras

This was delicious, even my picky three year-old loved it (I pureed hers before frying it)! My suggestion is to use quality spices, I used Penzey spices and everything turned out amazing, full of flavor.
