About me:
I am a mom of 3 boys; I'm a wife; I'm a paralegal - I'm pretty much a little bit of everything. Someday, I would love to open up a small and quaint bakery/cafe/coffee shop. That's all I've thought up so far...no real plans.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed on Jun. 16, 2008 by KATSHA
I made this for our fathers Day Breakfast feast. everyone LOVED it! The only thing we didnt add was the peppers as my DH doesnt like them. Funny thing is that we use this site all the time and he gets so frustrated when people say they love the recipe but "change" this or that...so it isnt even the recipe at all! Omitting one item is OK..but PLEASE if you substitute..or delete or add this or that..then make a new recipe LOL..other that that..this is wonderful! we had home fires on the side..and it was awesome!

Vegetable Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed on May 15, 2008 by Erin
Goodness, this is delicious! I didn't follow the recipe exactly; I made the following changes: Mashed potatoes with 1/4 red onion, 1 large clove garlic, 1 T butter, 1 T oregano, 1/2 t. basil; 1 fresh zucchini, 3/4 red onion, 2 carrots, 1 c frozen edamame, 1/4 c peas, 1/2 can of corn, 1/2 can of green beans, 8 oz tomato sauce, 1 can of kidney beans. Definitely don't leave out the cheddar cheese on top. This was REALLY delicious; I can't stress that enough!! I baked this concoction at 375 for 20 min.
