Chocolate Bundt Cake

Reviewed on Oct. 1, 2007 by kaydee b.
This cake is easy to make and delicious. I made this for a friend's birthday then had to make it for my family. Because it is such a large cake, I cut it in half using two eggs and baked it for 50 minutes in a 8" square pan. Make sure you use a 10" bundt pan for the whole recipe. Most likely bakers that had trouble with batter spilling over used the wrong size pan.

Chicken Caesar Pasta

Reviewed on Jul. 29, 2007 by Scotti
This is a excellent recipe. Wanting something different for dinner and trying to please 4 very picky children. All 4 ate it up and asked for seconds!!! We all ate it hot and chilled excellent both ways. This will be on our menu every week. Thanks

Asparagus-Lover's Stir-Fry

Reviewed on Apr. 25, 2007 by kaydee b.
I loved this recipe with a few changes. Reduced 1 cup of o.j. to 1/2 cup, used 1 lb. of asparagus, 3 small onions and 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce, omitted the celery and orange peel. Also was out of cornstarch so used 2 Tablespoons of flour instead. Just enough tangy sauce to cover everything. Took 45 min from start to finsh, the kids loved it too, will definately make this again!
