Great cheesecake recipe! Comes out to taste just like what you would get in restaurants.

Pretty good dish, went well with a Syrah. Better as a side dish than a vegetarian main meal.

Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche

Amazing! This had a ton of flavor. The only thing I did different was that I sauteed the onions & mushrooms in leftover fat from the bacon. Will definitely make again!

This was a great quick and easy meal, but I felt as though it was missing something. Will probably make again, with some tweaks.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
Not too bad, the taste is not quite what I expected it to be. My kids enjoyed them, my wife thought they were only a 3 of 5 stars. I think I'll continue my hunt for the ultimate soft chocolate chip cookie.

I seem to be going backwards with this recipe. My bread all rises fine but it is mostly doughy inside... not sure what I am doing wrong? HELP :)

Orange Beef-Style Tofu Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
This was very good, I didn't have tofu so I used shrimp and it still came out wonderfully. Would like to try with tofu next time though, I don't think shrimp absorb the flavor as much as tofu would.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
Lovely! Here are my changes: * used half whole wheat flour, half all purpose * replaced 3/4 of the oil with applesauce * added a couple of TBL cocoa powder (to hide more of the zucchini from my daughters!) * used mini chips and floured tham as suggested by another reviewer * baked in a mini muffin pan for about 20-25 minutes They taste wonderful!

Twice Baked Potatoes II

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2008
It was delicious. I made a few changes. Instead of adding 2(16 oz of sour cream) I only added one and add 1 and half cups of butter. I also added bacon and broccoli. Instead of cheddar cheese I added mozzarella cheese. Overall it was very good.

Lentil Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2008
I've never cooked anything with lentils before. So I was pleasantly suprised how delicious this turned out. Very low fat (5pts per serving) and freezes great! Will make again and again. The only alteration I made was using "italian style" ground turkey.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

I would definitely would make this recipe again. It came out delicious. I accidentally stir in the whole dip but still came out good. I didn't add green peppers because I didn't feel the need to. I am in love with this dip. Thank-you

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2006
This was so easy and delicious! Alfredo sauce is my favorite - and this recipe is almost as good as resturant quality. * I also used lowfat cream cheese, and low fat parm. I don't think it makes a difference in the taste.

This recipe was very easy and tasted great! My husband loves cobblers so I play around with a few recipes, this one is the best! I used 12 oz. of frozen raspberries instead of fresh fruit. Yum!

This is a really good recipe! I filled ours with fresh strawberries (sauted)and put them on top of a chocolate sauce drizzled plate, and topped it off with powdered sugar! We served these for Mother's Day breakfast, they were a hit!

Dill Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 16, 2006
This recipe was not for us. I served it over Mother's Day weekend, and no one really loved it. My Step-Father added mayonaise to "choke it down". Heh. Majorly lacked flavor! The dill was a nice though, maybe I will try omitting the sour cream, and subing in Mayo.

Monster Cookies VI

Reviewed: May 11, 2006
This is an excellent recipe but noticed that many stated they were hard. This is a special trick for ANY cookie which seems too hard. Place cookies in an airtight container. ADD a slice of bread or 2 and cover. Wait to see what happens over night. I would try just one slice first. The bread provides moisture to the cookie and makes them moist. I have had cookies so moist they fell apart so just try the one slice first.
