This was really good! The only thing I would add to this is maybe some more cheese because it was a little dry. But very good. yummmmmm

WAAAYYYY too much going on in this dish. First of all it is tooo salty, and very sweet. I followed the other reviews and cut the sugar in half but it was still too much.

Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
I made these beans today on a lazy saturday afternoon. I have to say that they are awesome and totally beat out a can of baked beans any day. However, maybe it was my preparation but after i simmered them for the recommended time they were a little mushy. I definatley doubled the sauce as many reviewers recommended which made the beans much more flavorful. all in all this was a GREAT resipe, the only recommendation I have is to maybe simmer the beans aldente. B + M eat your heart out!

Easy Vegan Whole Grain Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2009
I am not a vegan but my 22 month old son has an egg allergy. I used what I had on hand for these hearty pancakes and he loved them!I added small apples pieces and that seemed to add a bit more moisture.

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

My whole family loves these cookies. Hubby called from work asking me make a double batch so he could bring some to work for his crew. Personally I find the texture a bit grainy but the flavor is great.

My family loved this recipe...it was very creamy and easy to make. I took the time to whisk the milk into the cream cheese and butter in small increments .......take your time and this recipe is a keeper for sure.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
I didn't care for these but hubby did. I used the melted butter suggestion, cut back on sugar by 1/2C . For me, they were too dry. I'll try again using 1/2 the butter and use some applesauce as well to moisten em' up.

No Bake Cookies I

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
I tried to follow the recipe exactly but came up short 1C of oats. I took some dry cho mein noodles and crunched them a bit to make-up the missing C of oats. The taste is very good and they look very appealing. They are a bit more moist than I recall no bakes being but set up pretty well(over night). I will make these again; for certain I will use ALL oats and add 1/3C more based on another review.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

I modified this recipe a tad. I used only 1Tbsp canola oil and 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1C milk and 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon as well as 1C chips made these awesome. The chips are all melty and yummy!

Easy No Bake Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2009
I didn't enjoy these cookies. I'm thinking that maybe the pudding mix has something to do with it. The taste is ok but the gritty texture is what ruined it for me. I boiled the sugar long enough to disolve and it settled nicely.....so I know it's not that......hmmmm

Boston Iced Tea

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
This tea is wonderful & the recipe is very easy. I did cut back on the sugar to 1/3c and may cut back even more next time to get more zing from the juice concentrate. I also made ice cubes with the tea to to help prevent diluting once served.

I cut down on the mayo (and used low fat) and much less cheddar and it was still delicious even though it wasn't swimming in sauce as I imagine it would have been. Husband and I both loved it!
