Gerry's Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2008
We liked these a lot! Used shredded chicken that was already in freezer, and the recipe took no time at all.

Maria's Pepper Steak

Reviewed: May 13, 2008
really good, easy dinner. my husband and i loved it, but kids refused to eat it- only reason why it isn't getting 5 stars. used crushed dry roasted peanuts over top instead of sesame seeds, and i think i would use a little less red wine vinegar next time.

A chocolate chip cookie, only BETTER! The coconut adds something new to an already favorite cookie. Followed the recipe exactly.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
This was so easy and tasted so good! Anything my kids will happily eat always works for me. They both had two servings, and I ate the rest for lunch the following day. I was reading some reviews about the mac-n-cheese being dry. We didn't notice this at all.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
I have to say I was pretty skeptical about this recipe. I didn't think that the taco sauce would taste very good in it. Wrong!! This was actually a really nice change, and the kids ate it. Thanks!

Seafood Chowder

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
Excellent seafood chowder. Tried many different combinations (including replacing calamari with lobster meat). The most popular by far: no carrots, 1.5 pounds bay scallops, 1 pound shrimp ... no other saefood. Popular with everyone, requested often by friends and family.

Unstuffing Side Dish

Very good recipe! Tried this last Thanksgiving to give family and friends something in addition to traditional stuffing ... huge success. I doubled the amount of sausage (sweet Italian) and mushrooms. A new Thanksgiving & Christmas tradition in my house.
