Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
Well I prepared this for dinner tonight, and I have to say that I was not pleased with the outcome.. because of the dough, I don't know if it was the type of refrigerated dough that I bought but there was a slight sweet taste to it, & I didn't find that to my liking..I don't often have chicken & dumplings...but when I do I usually make the dough from scratch adding my seasoning to the flour before preparing the dough and I do not use sugar...so I have to say that it was a heck of a lot easier to just open a pkg and roll the dough out... But the end product was Not very good to me...

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
I plan on making these buns with this Sunday's breakfast, Yesterday I went to purchase a bread machine but the sales girl assured me that it wasn't necessary that I could mix the ingredients by hand, several other reviews basically stated the same...so I can't wait to try them....

A Pad Thai Worth Making

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2009
I usually just run out to the Thai Restaurant when I need my chicken Pad Thai fix, this was my first time actually making it at home and I have to say I was pleased with the results. I didn't add the oyster sauce, peanuts or the shrimp, I did add an additional 8oz of diced chicken and cayenne pepper for spice and it turned out great, Will keep this recipe to try again.

This pie was so delicious. It was also very easy to make which is always a pleasure. I did use the lemon juice and did not seem to even notice it. Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe.

I really enjoyed this recipe, I didn't add the Blue Cheese, or any other cheese. Loved the carmelized onions on top. Very Tender.

Lentil and Sausage Soup

THIS SOUP IS GREAT BUT NEXT TIME I WILL NOT ADD ANY SALT. CHICKEN BROTH IS SALTY ENOUGH. ALSO, ADDED 1 EXTRA TEASPOON OF GARLIC POWDER AND USED HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE INSTEAD OF SWEET. GOES GREAT WITH A BIG HUNK OF CRUSTY ITALIAN BREAD.

Don't see why so many 5-star reviews, tried this recipe & found that flour comes off almost instantly. Also, had very little flavor. Used an electric skillet @ 365 degrees per recipe. Will not use this recipe again.

During the Christmas holiday I made 6 different types of cookies. These were the easiest and most delicious of them all. I couldn't believe how fast they disappeared. These cookies are absolutly wonderful and are now a permanent part of my Holiday cookie tray. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
