Not very much flavor. I would say this is an average recipe

This was delicious! Especially good because of how easy it was... I used seasoned Italian breadcrumbs, and added a few other Italian spices. Mmmm

Very tasty! I bit grainy, but that could be the flour I used. Pair with lowfat cheese and veggies for a very healthy meal!

This was good and SO easy, but there is nothing terribly original or interesting about this recipe. I would say that it is almost too sweet... Good, but not "the best"

This was really good! I doubled the sauce like many reviewers suggested, and it was delicious. My boyfriend said its his new 2nd favorite (to Angel Chicken Pasta)

This was really good, but you wil definitely have to double the sauce. I used rice noodles and a little more cayenne pepper. Delicious!

This was absolutely delicious. I didn't have olive oil, so I used butter, but it was still wonderful. And SO easy!!! My boyfriend loved it and so did I. I added a touch of basil to the garlic mixture. VERY flavorful!

A simple chocolate sauce. Perfect for what it is. if you expect a thick hot fudge, this is not the recipe for you. This is more like a chocolate syrup. Mmm!!!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2005
Umm, this was AMAZING. Lighter than real tiramisu (not in calories, in taste) which is delicious. I used more of the coffee mix to saturate the white cake layers like the reviews said to do. AMAZING recipe!! I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2005
Definitely good. I am not to crazy about the sweetness though, thought it may have been a bit much. But I will say that it is very different from other meatloaf that I have tried. Very easy to make, very filling, but not "the best."

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2005
Sort of tasted like every other mashed potato recipe I have had in my life. Not particularly flavorful, no more so than the usual potatoes I make. They're good, but nothing special. Couldn't really taste the garlic, and sesame seeds were sort of useless.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2005
I really wanted to fall in love with these brownies, but I have to say I didn't. I followed the recipe to a "t", and they were good, very good, but I am not sure they live up to the hype. There is no way to make the frosting without adding milk... and if you do double the recipe, be aware that it will take possibly longer than 30 minutes to bake. The frosting has a distinctly "honey" taste. This is a GOOD recipe, don't get me wrong. But I will stick to Betty Crocker since its much easier and tastes a bit better.

Baked Bar-be-que Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2005
Very good for sure. Not "the best", but definitely a very good way to make barbeque chicken without a grill. Boyfriend loved it, but he would eat BBQ'd running shoes if they had enough sauce on them, so I don't know if his opinion counts on this one. :-) all in all, a good recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2005
I made these cookies yesterday, and it was VERY irritating. I had to go to the store TWICE while cooking because I didn't have enough of certain ingredients. Anyway, I tried them when they came out of the oven, and I thought, "okay, theyre fine. Nothing special." But they really won me over today. They are INCREDIBLY soft and incredibly delicious. The pudding adds a really great flavor, and I assume that is what keeps them so soft. Fabulous recipe! I won't use any other.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2005
Definitely delicious. I am NOT good at making Italian recipes, but this was delicious. I didn't use onions (my boyfriend hates them) and used garlic instead. The meat sauce you start with would be delicious on its own, but the whole dish was easy, quick, and made this blonde - Polish/Irish girl feel very Italian. Just a note - I used classico tomato basil sauce.
