About me:
I have been cooking all of my life. For some of that time I worked as a professional baker and cook. I would make cookies, rolls, entrées, soups, and desserts. And I still make those things today.

Delicious and easy! Added a lot of flavor and it made the house smell great!! Will certainly be making it again. No changes...just dipped it in some applesauce! Yum!

Ricotta Cheese Cake

This recipe is EXCELLENT. When it is warm it tastes like Custard Pie and it is even better chilled. The only thing I changed is I added a splash more vanilla and it didn't even need the powdered sugar. I can't stop eating it and I usually don't eat cake!!! A+++++

Venison Bacon Burgers

Reviewed on Feb. 20, 2009 by Dani D & Hubby
Wow I have never had venison (and was hesitant to try it) and my husband has never cooked it. This recipe was perfect for us! He made mini burgers but didn't change anything. They were amazing and definitely a recipe we will have again.
