Very easy to make, always have the ingredients in the pantry, extremely flakey. My only problem was, once I have this rolled out, I can't get it off the counter...even when I liberally flour work surfaces. Can anyone give me any tips? I didn't have wax paper on hand, so I tried aluminum foil, and it stuck to that, too. I managed to get a bottom crust by pushing pieces of dough into the pan, but my top crust was basically rolled out pieces that I put on the top. It didn't look bad, but it didn't look like a picture perfect pie. Oh well, the taste was picture perfect, and so I'm still rating this a 5 star recipe. Any tips are appreciated.
