Juicy Roasted Chicken

I added a carrot and some lemon peel and it was delicious! The cooking time was not nearly long enough though.

Easy Olive Martini Chicken

I added a small onion, sliced thin and instead of lemon juice I used the brine from the olives. it really made the dish! Delicious!
